HIVICO Construction Joint Venture Co.,Ltd was established: June 13,2006. Investment license no: 1122/GP HCM. HIVICO is the joint -venture between HOA NAM trading, investment and technology Co., Ltd and SK Engineering & Construction Co,. Ltd -Korea (SKEC) – is a member of SK Business Group-Korea’s 3rd largest business conglomerate– established 1977 , turnover : US $ 2.6 billion in 2006, assets: US $ 1,3 billion , employees 3000 persons, 23 overseas branch offices. SKEC involved in construction of architectural & civil works, oil & gas works.

- Consultancy, engineering, installation, repair, maintenance of telecommunication equipments and systems.

Although HIVICO has just been established in 06/2006, we received the big support from our mother company SKEC about capital, experts as well as mutation and application in modern technology in construction field. Moreover, HIVICO also owns excellent Vietnamese engineers who are officially trained and experienced. With all above advantages, HIVICO has enough conditions to build big projects such as: high buildings, underground parking lot, factory, airport terminal, harbor, bridge, road… We are also self-confident to ensure about quality, safety, technology and effect of all projects.
After 1 year being present in Viet Nam, HIVICO has been developing gradually to assert ourselves.
HIVICO has been carried out many projects which invested from Korea. In addition, HIVICO also braved to tender projects having capital from state budget as airport, school, high building, residential area…
For the target of long-term investment and durable development in Viet Nam, HIVICO has co-operated with big tenders at home to learn more experience and to get self-perfect.
Besides foreign experts, HIVICO is interested in development and training the current manpower to acquire enough capacity and skill to build projects required high technology.
